Kathturneryoga

I have been practising yoga for over 20 years and teaching since 1999. I am fully qualified with the British Wheel of Yoga and I run popular classes throughout Anglesey and Gwynedd. I tutor individuals on a one to one basis and run workshops in the UK and retreats abroad. I have also trained in Yin yoga and mindfulness meditation with internationally acclaimed teacher Sarah Powers and taken intensive training with Donna Farhi. I have become increasingly interested in a mindfulness approach to yoga as my practice has evolved over the years.

I teach beginners, mixed ability and Intermediate. Within every class I offer modifications on standard postures and stronger adaptations so that everyone’s needs are accommodated.
