Yogawest

Yogawest is long established as the place to do yoga in Bristol. There are 2 wonderful studios, fully equipped with everything you need for a yoga class. The teachers at Yogawest hold the coveted Iyengar Certification Mark, a mark of a long and rigourous training accredited by BKS Iyengar in India.

Mike and Diana Penny took over at Yogawest in 2011 and transformed the building with a new layout, refurbished facilities including showers, a warm suite of colours, exciting new ceilings and a beautiful garden to drink mint tea in after class.

Yogawest offers yoga classes seven days a week from early morning to evening, for all levels of ability from complete beginners through to experienced students. There are regular classes and courses for pregnancy, children, teenagers, family and restorative yoga. Foundation courses start regularly.
