Yoga Symmetry

My name is Steve Lambert and I am a fully qualified Hatha yoga teacher based in Bromley, however most of my practice has been in the Iyengar style.
I teach classes at Nuffield Health Bromley ( Fridays at 12.30 till 1.45 and Saturdays at 8.00am till 9.15), Nuffield Chislehurst (Wednesdays at 5.30-6.30pm) and David Lloyd Beckenham (Mondays 6.30-7.55pm).
As well as the gyms,I also run a private class at St. Luke`s Church Hall, Raglan Road, Bromley on Sundays 1.00 to 2.00pm.
For those who require a more personalised practice, I also offer one to one sessions in your home.
