Valerie May Yoga offers expert beginners, mixed level, pregnancy and postnatal/baby yoga classes in and around the Chislehurst and Bromley area.

Valerie is a yoga teacher trained with appleyoga and fully accredited with Yoga Alliance (240 hours teacher training and 95 hour pregnancy/postnatal/baby training).

Valerie teaches a vinyasa style flow offering a fluid, dynamic class integrating breath with movement.

Valerie is passionate about the benefits of yoga and provides a friendly, welcoming environment where you feel safe and comfortable.

Valerie’s class are uplifting, vibrant and fun with a great soundtrack too.
