Private One-to-One Tuition

What would you like from your practice? To balance your emotions and mental state? To work on a health condition? Deepen your practice? Practising Yoga will allow you to discover the full potential of your body while being compassionate and understanding of your own capabilities. It is never too late to start. Private tuition will provide a totally unique and tailored class to suit your needs. Following an initial assessment, I will be able to put together a class programme to suit your needs. For example:

Therapeutic Yoga – i.e. to reduce/manage stress, anxiety, fatigue, insomnia.

Beginners Yoga – focusing on the founding principles of posture, breath work and relaxation.

Intermediate and Advanced Yoga – to deepen and build on the founding principles of yoga.

Private Yoga tuition is ideal if you: Like individual guidance and instruction rather than group tuition. Feel a little intimidated or anxious about a class environment. Want to take a closer look at alignment and posture. Want to indulge in some ‘you time’. Want to enhance your personal development. Want to work at your own pace. Simply want to getaway from everyone else.

Small Group Sessions/Courses Buddy Yoga gives you the chance to get to practice yoga with a friend, or a few, share laughter, motivation and why not the cost.

Private Parties/Events Kids, Teens and Adults Yoga Parties (Birthday, Hen Parties,Girls Night-In and more)

School Workshops – To offer pupils and staff a chance to experience the delights of yoga.

Classes are aimed to: – help reduce/manage anxiety, stress and depression. – promote strength,flexibility, coordination and body awareness. – improve concentration and focus. – stimulate their imagination and help to release energy in a fun, safe environment.

Breathing, Mindfulness and visualisation techniques teach students how to focus, relax and develop self-control. In my classes I encourage inner-strength, confidence and self-esteem; a feeling of well-being and respect for others and, love for one’s self, inside and out.

(Available for block of sessions, a one-off class, after school clubs or as part of Health Week)

Classes in the Workplace and Corporate Events 

All you need: 1 – a room where you can clear floor space. 2 – gather 5 to 20 colleagues. 3 – allocate a time spot (before, after work or at lunch time)

Classes are suitable for ALL abilities with a focus on stress relief and mindfulness.
