Hatha Yoga with Stephen Webster

Join us in Culcheth and on Zoom, Tuesday and Thursday evenings 8-9.30pm, for Hatha Yoga for all abilities, back after the pandemic. I've been teaching yoga for over 2 decades following numerous visits to India. You can find me on Facebook and Instagram @lightholistics. I've just published a book available on Amazon, Etsy and Waterstones called 'Hatha Yoga for Everyone', by Stephen Webster. The class includes meditation, warm up flows, a sequence of holding poses and relaxation at the end. I build variations within poses, to offer something for all abilities. My class will give you a full physical work out, with standing, sitting, prone, supine and inverted poses, with the deeper yoga effects from a sequence that transforms your energy and lifts your mood. I have been trained by teachers in the Sivananda and Satyananda traditions of Yoga, and then adapted the sequence to suit students in this part of the world, learning from other schools of yoga. The goal is to leave you feeling deeply relaxed and uplifted, as well as providing a great foundation for all schools of yoga.
