Weekly classes, private 1-2-1’s, pre/post natal yoga, workshops and retreat days are offered. Classes are taught from a yoga therapy perspective and are developed for the individual.

Classes are designed to-

Correct postural imbalances
Enhance personal health and vitality
Release mental stress and anxiety
Improve quality of breath
Assist in injury or health related recovery
Increase awareness of the body

Mobile 1-2-1 classes-
Private Yoga lessons are available for people with specific goals or needs; whether that be relaxation, improved fitness, injury management etc. These classes are structured and tailored for each individual. Sam will work with the student choosing approriate techniques and postures for them, and encourage the student to establish a personal practice embracing these. Sessions are personal and informative and all equipment is provided. For more information or to discuss your personal needs please conatct me directly.

Pregnancy Yoga-
Pre-natal yoga classes are offered for anyone who is more than 12 weeks pregnant. No previous yoga experience is necessary, the classes are suitable for all levels of fitness and flexibility.

Who teaches the class?
Sam is a qualified yoga instructor for adults, children/teens and pre/post natal yoga. She completed her Yoga Alliance training in Bali after spending 6 months travelling in SE Asia gaining experience in many different yoga disciplines. Sam is also a professional contemporary dance artist and has a degree in performing arts and dance. She has worked as a performer, lecturer and dance teacher. Sam’s decision to become a yoga instructor came from her love of yoga and desire to share its life changing rewards with others. Sam’s passion for yoga developed through her physical training as a dancer and rehabilitation due to performance injuries. She has a particular interest in injury and health management and yoga therapy. Sam is a member of the Federation for Holistic Therapies, is first aid trained and CRB checked.
