Serenity Yoga

As a teacher, Nikki’s special area of interest is connecting movement to the breath, and evoking a joyful playful environment for learning. In her teaching, Nikki draws on her regular Iyenger practice to awaken a keen sense of alignment in postures whilst encouraging students to identify with the softness and inner spaciousness of the body and the breath. Nikki has been practicing yoga for over 20 years and teaching since 2012. With a background in teaching in Further Education Colleges, Nikki holds a First Class Hons in Education Studies. She now runs a beautiful yoga studio where she teaches Pregnancy, Hatha, Restorative and Facial Yoga sessions as well as offering one to one private tuition alongside her main classes.

Nikki will be running a BWY Foundation Course in Brighton starting in January 2020.
