About Margot’s Yoga
My classes are friendly and non-competitive. Everyone is encouraged to work within comfortable limitations according to any health concerns. Classes involve periods of relaxation, gentle stretching, balancing postures, flowing sequences, breath control (pranayama) techniques in warm, comfortable and quiet surroundings. A quiet focus on the breath, an awareness of areas of tension that can be released, a greater body awareness combine to make these classes a revitalising, refreshing and energising experience.
