Beyond Sound is the place you go to when you are fully relaxed, a place beyond all sounds, where you reconnect with your soul and find the peace and stillness that lies within your body. There is no goal to yoga, but if there was it would be to hold this peace inside you wherever you are. The more regularly we live in a peaceful state, the more peaceful we feel in our bodies and in our lives. Our bodies and minds become happier, healthier places to live in.
