I’m a ask to many questions’er, a yer but what if I did’er, I’m a show me the evidence yogi, a dust away other’s sand prints and make your own path kind of women.

I’m a vegan, t-total senior yoga teacher with Yoga Alliance UK. I’ve dug enough holes and built enough ladders to know my business very well.

I know people, I love people. I know yoga, I love yoga. Not just the sugar covered bliss bits, the parts of the yoga path’s that really ask you to dig deep, to ultimately teach you to lose yourself and find yourself in a new way.

I’m interested in showing up, you and me, and just gifting enough time to ourselves to explore, to create to get inspired.

After 12 years of doing just that all I can say is that there is always another chapter, another sequel to your prequel. I know stuff, I know myself and I continue to be dedicated to sharing real life yoga philosophy, yoga practices and together living a full and peaceful yoga inspired life both on and off the mat ego free.
