Sole was born in Spain and completed a BA (Hons) in Business Studies & MA in Marketing and Public Relations. An existential crisis triggered by a tragic accident acted as a catalyst to discover her true passions: Holistic Medicine and Mysticism.

Fascinated by the study of Ancient Healing Traditions her work takes a very sophisticated approach where all her clients report excellent and outstanding results. She is especially interested in Women’s Wellbeing and Beauty. She is an advocate of the importance of Energy Psychology practices such as EFT and embodiment practices such as Yoga and massage to achieve wellbeing and thriving health.
She works in Spain, UK, Ireland and India. Founder of Havvah.org and The Cotswolds Sanctuary Healing Centre
