Pregnancy Yoga with Helen is suitable for ladies between12 and 42 weeks of pregnancy. No previous Yoga experience is necessary. The class aim to help you deal with the physical and mental demands of pregnancy, birth and motherhood through movement, breath work and relaxation. All mats, blankets and equipment is provided but bring a drink and a snack. Classes run as 6 weekly sessions in Bangor
