my name is helena, recently of Hong Kong and Singapore. Moved here with my husband last year. i have been teaching yoga since 2003. and the Iyengar style since 2007. i am certified at level 2 from the Iyengar institute in Pune, India. i just came back from a month long training there.

right now i am in the process of securing a thursday morning class at one of the church halls in the chandlers ford area. all will be confirmed. i can come to your home if a group of 3 can be gathered there. thank you for your patience.
