For Debbie her practice is not confined to a yoga mat – it permeates her whole life. She has found that the timeless principles of Yoga sometimes confront us with uncomfortable truths, but when we accept the challenge we are provided with unprecedented opportunities for growth.

This lead to a deep belief in the holistic approach to life and her ongoing study in the many therapies she offers today. She is dedicated to encouraging people to lead healthier and more fulfilling lives, through self discovery. And truly believes that everyone has access to all the resources they could possibly need to make change in their lives. That by enhancing awareness of yourself you can begin to live from an intuitive space, a space of clarity that is full of energy and vitality. A space where anything is possible!

Debbie continues to serve a large client base in and around Southampton and Winchester on a mobile basis but also has a beautiful space for therapy and Yoga practice at her home near Winchester.

She is currently a director at Yoga Ananda Holistic Centre in Reigate Surrey, which was opened in 2009 with 2 partners and is one of the largest dedicated holistic centres in the UK.

Debbie offers an Advanced Studies and Yoga Teacher Training course at Yoga Ananda starting in September each year.
