Southsea yoga

I have been practising yoga for 13 years and after completing 3 years training with the inner yoga trust I started to teach yoga 6 years ago. I feel privileged to be able to share the wonder that is yoga.

I am very inspired by the students of Vanda Scaravelli and have been lucky enough to work with Diane long and Sophy Hoare both students of Vandas.

I presently have an Wednesday evening class in southsea and from April I will be teaching in my own dedicated yoga space at my home, which will be available for small classes and one-one classes.
