Hatha Yoga in St Albans.
A full range of Yoga classes are offered throughout the week, including Beginners Yoga, Open Classes (intermediate), Seniors Yoga, Pranayama, Raja Yoga, Meditation with Mudras, Pregnancy Yoga, Post-Natal Yoga, Baby Massage, Baby Yoga, Kids Yoga, Teens Yoga, Qi Gong and Thai Chi.
Our classes draw on many styles of Yoga including Hatha, Iyengar, Kundalini, Vinyasa and YinYoga.
No need to sign up for a course or book in advance. All Yoga classes are “drop-in” classes.
