A escape .... calm & peacefullplace
The Yoga Hall is a special place. You immediately feel calm on entering. I have attended general, workshops & pregnacy classes over many years with Laura & Finlay. How ever hard i feel it is to get there, i never come out disappointed. I always feel great afterwards. it is a real escape. Thanks Laura & Finlay for giving....

The real thing
I first went to Laura's pre-natal classes and found they helped me enormously. I had done yoga before elsewhere but found it boring and kind of mechanical. more like 'keep fit' with lots of random lying down. However, I loved Laura's classes instantly which were nothing like this.
The sort of Yoga they do at the Yoga hall is completely different and I would say really really authentic. Yes you tone up and keep your body healthy but you also learn about connecting your body/mind/aspirations in a completely new way. I am never bored.
I also went to her post-natal/baby massage classes which are brilliant because you do a bit of yoga yourself and also baby gets a massage which is great - something for both of you to enjoy together and helps you get back in shape after child birth.
I also found that I have met new friends through the centre and we still meet up which has been lovely - sort of like a community.
I am completely hooked now. Whenever I have a back pain or leg pain outside the class I mention it to Laura and she gives me special extra exercises to do and they always help.
Absolutely brilliant. And the other yoga places around just don't compare, in my opinion.
This is the real thing.
