Our Yoga Classes
Chi Kri Yoga is much more than just another form of physical exercise. It is a holistic discipline, whose practices are designed to improve all aspects of ourselves: physical, mental, emotional and spiritual. We aim to deliver our classes in such a way that students are able to appreciate the wider nature of yoga. We provide a nurturing environment that encourages our students to keep growing, venturing outside their comfort zone without fear of criticism or judgement.

Being parents of two lovely daughters, we intimately understand the pressures of modern life upon the people who attend our classes. We therefore incorporate the teaching of specific yoga techniques to help us to cope with the demands placed upon us in this busy world.

Each class is 90 minutes long, and elements covered during a typical class include relaxation, physical work (asanas), breathing (pranayama), meditation and philosophy of yoga. Regularly practising the classical yoga we teach could help you to benefit in many ways:

Increase flexibility, stamina, posture and balance.
Increase strength, muscle tone and bone density.
Improve respiratory, nervous, digestive, endocrine, circulatory and immune systems.
Reduce stress, develop a calmer mind and increase sense of inner peace.
