Hatha Yoga in Tonbridge, Southborough and Hadlow

Mixed ability classes plus yoga 121 available.
The classes focus on moving with the breath, dynamic poses and challenging poses. Students are encouraged to listen to their bodies and work mindfully.

First class is free to see if it is the right class for you.
121 yoga is available in your own home, where the asanas can be tailored to suit your ability/any ailments. I often encorporate a mini Bowen Technique into the relaxation (see website).
