Buddha Buddies -Baby & Kids Yoga Classes

Courses for babies and children. Buddha Babies from birth – 1 yr. Buddha Tots from 1-2.5 years, Buddha Yogi’s from 2.5- 5 years.

Classes are all about fun, adding; songs, stories, toys, games and adventures. We take theses new movers through their paces in a caring an imaginative environment that is all about learning through play.

Courses will be running Initially at Adventure Kidz, Aylesford. However if you know of a pre-school or nursery that is forward thinking then why not mention our courses and we can run them there!

These classes are suitable for those without any prior experience.

Remember Mum’s these are fun for you to! We teach breathing and relaxation which are fantastic tools to get you through the tricky years of the 2’s and 3’s.
