Yoga With Penny

Penny offers a variety of yoga and women’s health events in the North West. Classically trained in India via the Sivananda Yoga Vedanta tradition, Penny has been practicing yoga for over 20 years and teaching since 2002. She is a qualified Yoga Therapist able to adapt both general classes and personal sessions to suit the particular physical needs of any client. A specialist in Yoga for Women, Penny also runs regular Women’s Circles and Workshops as well as giving menstrual health advice.
