I encourage students to explore their bodies and the classical shapes of hatha yoga in a dance like flow linking movement to breath. This practice will get you moving your joints, toning your muscles, lengthening your limbs and soothing the mind and soul. FittaYoga focuses not only on the physical aspect of the practice, strengthening the outward body, but also strengthening and calming the inner self.
