In addition to Pranayama and meditation techniques, my yoga classes focus on teaching correct alignment and strong asana technique so that you can improve both your strength and flexibility effectively and progress to more challenging Yoga styles.
For the more adept I teach an Astangta style class using vinyasa flow and sequences to keep the body constantly working from one asana to the next. I also add focus sessions to develop specific areas.
