About Hannah Presence Yoga
My aim is to instill as much enthusiasm for yoga as I have, into the practitioner. I have first hand experience of how this powerful series of movements and living guidelines can have positive profound effects mentally and physically. My main focus throughout is to encourage students to stay with the breath in the present moment, taking them into deeper states of awareness mentally and physically. I can taper my practice and teachings to anyone’s needs. Whether it’s more of a physical exercise class or a holistic approach incorporating philosophical texts, educating students on the other aspects of yoga, pranayama-breathing exercises, chanting, guided savasana and meditations. Yoga accepts people fully, no matter what they’re motives are for attending and at what stage of their journey they are at. I am a firm believer in assisting the practitioner to allow them to surrender deeper into their poses and maintain the correct alignment, getting maximum effects, comfort and stability as well as reducing the chances for injury.
