Marie Glanfield Yoga & Ayurveda

An holistic approach to yoga is at the heart of all Marie Glanfield Yoga’s teachings. Classes are individually tailored to meet the needs of the group/individual providing a bespoke and highly personalised yoga experience. Marie intuitively guides her students progressively to allow each person to find their yogic path regardless of experience or ability.

All elements of a traditional yoga practice are woven in to the routines to allow students to explore the power and positive impact of their own energetic healing channels. Marie has experience in working with injuries and numerous conditions and is a member of the International Association of Yoga Therapists. Marie is also a qualified Ayurvedic therapist and offers personal consultations and massage therapies too.

Registered with Yoga Alliance. Marie leads classes in hatha, vinyasa, yin, pregnancy, post natal, yoga nidra and children’s yoga.

Classes, either individual or private are available in Dorset. Workshops and retreats are held throughout the year.
