Aimi Dunstan Yoga – Hexham

Aimi is a qualified Iyengar Yoga Intermediate Level 3 teacher and has been teaching yoga classes in Hexham for 10 years and practicing for 18 years.

Aimi has studied yoga with the Iyengar family in Pune India and regularly attends yoga classes as a student herself with senior UK teachers and teachers based in India.

As an Intermediate L3 teacher as well as teaching regular yoga classes Aimi is qualified to teach one-to-one, small groups and pregnancy yoga.

Aimi’s Iyengar yoga classes are taught in a friendly environment and are suitable for beginners and more experienced clients. Classes are currently all on Zoom until face to face classes can resume.

One to one and small group sessions can also be arranged in your own home or at the yoga hall in Hexham.

Iyengar yoga teachers undergo intensive training to qualify as teachers once qualified are obliged to attend annual profesional development training. We are taught to adapt posses to ensure safe practise by students of all abilities and often use props (blocks & bricks) for those who need extra support.
