Iyengar Yoga Nottingham

Emma has been practising Iyengar yoga for 25 years. She is a Certified Iyengar Yoga teacher. She completed the rigorous two-year training programme at the prestigious Iyengar Yoga Institute, Maida Vale, London and has continued with her professional development, attaining Intermediate Junior qualification in 2016.
She loves the practice of Iyengar yoga, especially the deepening of her understanding and knowledge that regular practice has brought her. She loves passing on the many benefits of Iyengar yoga to others through her teaching.
You do not have to be able to touch your toes to start yoga! The practice of yoga will bring suppleness, strength and increasing flexibility.
