In person is a monthly meditation and self growth evening in Worksop.

About me:
I am a yoga teacher and energy therapist who provides mindful yoga and relaxation classes for increasing overall wellbeng. I have been teaching 17 years and teach from the heart a blend of postures, stretches, breathing techniques and deep relaxation and meditation. Each class is varied and to suit all levels.

I am particularly drawn to self growth so all my classes have this as a thread, I weave in my knowledge of Yoga philosophy, traditional Chinese Medicine and Shamanism as well as modern day life coaching language.

I teach in schools and various community groups including Family Yoga for children 3+ via Rainbow Kids – this style of teaching is:  fun, creative, connecting and engaging.

I am also qualified as a Yoga Laughter Leader which adds value to any classes and community sessions.

I offer Emotional freedom technique (EFT) as part of a package to help the individual find freedom from emotions that take control, whether related to the past or overwhelm of daily life… I help people move forward to a happier more balanced and peaceful life. Alot of this work is from my own personal transformation and mentoring experiences.

I am British Wheel of yoga, Rainbow Kids and Birthlight trained and registered with AMT as an EFT practitioner.
