Yoga Classes for all levels in the Abingdon area, are desribed as “wonderful and energizing “. Evening and one to one classes are offered. There is changing areas in the studio and free car parking available on site and near to the studio on Conduit street and Meadow view.

I have practiced Yoga for 15 years my classes are non-competitive, non-aggressive and encourage you to listen to your own body. I ensure classes are tailored to all individual needs, leaving the studio your feel relaxed and as described by one student ”feeling your body releasing stress”.
