Claire has been practicing yoga for fifteen years and teaching for five. She completed her teacher training with Tri-yoga in London in 2011 and has travelled extensively, continuing her studies with some of the world’s most renowned teachers.

Claire teaches both Ashtanga and Hatha Yoga classes for beginners and more experienced practitioners as well as Yoga Lifestyle workshops. Her approach to teaching is light hearted but disciplined, with a focus on correct technique.

Class sizes at Yoga Penistone are small so that students get lots of individual help to build and continue a confident yoga practice.
