Postures & exercises can be modified for people of all different levels of fitness & flexibility even for people with temporary or chronic physical problems.

Rod qualified with British Wheel of Yoga in August 1997 and has been teaching full time since October 2001 at various establishments including Adult Education, Local Fitness Centres, NHS Mental Health.

Srijana trained to teach Yoga at The Holistic Yoga Ashrama in Kathmandu, Nepal.

We also sell Yoga related items and crafts from Nepal in our shop.
