I trained with the British Wheel of Yoga & teach small local classes where we have fun whilst learning & practising Yoga. I include Pramayama (breathing), relaxation, visualisation & short meditation along with the expected posture work. Yoga is not only for your regular class but to also help in everyday life with relaxation & well-being. I always encourage everyone to give it a try & work to their own capabilities.
