Cristal Gaskin, the founder of Cristal Yoga, is a qualified instructor with British Wheel of Yoga. Cristal offers accessible yoga classes, including pregnancy yoga and courses to all levels of students at various locations in and around Newcastle. Cristal also teaches corporate yoga and offers tailored 1:1 sessions.
