Nicola Iyengar Yoga

Iyengar yoga focuses on precision and alignment. Props such as blocks and belts are used to make sure everyone of all abilities can access the poses. Iyengar teachers are trained to give detailed instruction and check that you are working safely and correctly. I continue to develop my own practise and attend a regular teachers class for update training.
