Holistic Yoga Class
Qi Gong , gentle yoga , and meditation
Tuesday 11am - currently running on zoom
£4 per class , suitable for everyone , but aimed at those who would struggle in a general yoga class. After a relaxing and easy to follow Qi Gong session ( like tai chi) We have 30 mins of yoga and incorporate chairs , and concentrate on gentle stretching and movements - followed by a 10 to 15 minute guided meditation session
will return to St Johns in September 2021 - due to Covid restrictions .
