Kasia Yoga

I see my Yoga practice as a highly transformative experience which has been constantly evolving over nearly a decade. My classes are generally physically stimulating and inspirational but very importantly accessible to all. They all have a strong anatomic focus, basic core work and a good amount of laughter mixed into them.
