HomeYoga brings you the possibility of yoga experience wherever you live, in the comfort of your home, with a flexible schedule, a personal trainer and an individual program according to your needs.

We offer private yoga and meditation classes in London city (zones 1, 2 and 3), in English or Spanish.

In HomeYoga we practice Kundalini, which is a very powerful, original and complete type of yoga. It is a discipline for “daily-life”, focused on people who have daily responsibilities and activities both inside and outside home. This yoga can help you become more effective, authentic and healthy, whatever it is you do.

It works on the mind, the body and the soul, combining different elements so that you can feel the results fast and consciously. The sets, called kriyas, are mostly dynamic, and they include the use of asanas (body positions), pranayama (breathing control), mudras (gesture with hands and fingers), mantras (sounds), relaxation and meditation.

Each kriya has been designed to achieve a specific result. There are sets for blood circulation, kidneys, vertebral column, general energy and vitality, nervous system, emotional balance, creativity, immune system, vital glands, sadness and apathy, etc. But even though each set is original and unique, they all share some effects that can be felt short after our practice begins: awareness of our physical, emotional and mental condition, improving of breathing patterns, and more peaceful and focused mind.

Kundalini yoga can be practiced by anyone, regardless of their physical condition (except for severe mobility limitations). You do not need to be very flexible or strong, as these are conditions that can be gained with regular practice.
