Lazy Daisy Active Birth Antenatal Classes

Daisy Birthing classes are a unique approach to antenatal education.

The classes are a combination of yoga-inspired movement, birth education, breathing techniques and hypnosis-relaxation – you learn as you move.

By practising the moves week on week, you build muscle memory and make active birth instinctive.

The classes are for mummies-to-be and are suitable from 14 weeks onwards.

Classes run in 6 week terms, and cost just £54 per term

We also run couples workshops. These 3 hour sessions will take you through the complete birthing experience, from natural ways to help labour begin, through to the fourth trimester with your baby. Couples workshops are priced at £65 per couple.
