About Pensham Fields Yoga

Yoga is a discipline empowering individuals to progress towards improved health and well being through the application of the philosophy, pranayama techniques and asana (posture) practices. Based on a system which takes into account our five states of being according to yoga: body, energy, mind/emotions, knowledge and joy; supporting these levels as a means to improving health, strength and balance.

Yoga therapy works gently, within the mobility limits of the individual, together the therapist and client plan a programme to work towards agreed goals of health improvement. Yoga therapy can also provide adaptions for those less mobile or with particular problems that would exclude them from a general class.
