Meena Kalsi is an experienced Ayurvedic Healthcare Consultant and Yoga Therapist, offering integrative, nature-informed therapies through Therapies of Nature. She holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Ayurveda and an MSc in Yoga Therapy, alongside a BA (Hons) in Journalism and an MA/PGDip in Documentary Production, supporting clear communication, reflective practice, and a high standard of client care.

Meena specialises in Ayurvedic Acupuncture (Marmapuncture), Cupping Therapy, Moxibustion, Therapeutic Massage, and Yoga Therapy. Her work integrates traditional medicine with modern wellbeing approaches, delivering individualised treatment plans that support physical, emotional, and nervous system health. All therapies are offered in a way that complements conventional medical care and prioritises safety, suitability, and informed choice.

Alongside her clinical practice, Meena is the Founder and Director of Community Calm, and has launched the only Green Social Prescribing service operating across the Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead (RBWM) and Slough. Community Calm works closely with NHS partners, local authorities, and the voluntary and community sector, providing nature-based and peer-supported recovery spaces that offer a non-clinical pathway to wellbeing.

Meena works from a client-centred, assessment-led approach, tailoring therapies to each individual’s needs. She is a member of the Ayurvedic Medical Association (AMA), the Chinese Acupuncture and Herbal Medicine Alliance (CAHMA), and the Complementary Therapist Association (CTha), and remains committed to ongoing professional development and best practice.
