YogaBeez Yoga for Children

YogaBeez provides children of all ages with a rewarding physical and mental experience by combining traditional Yoga, mindfulness and education. Our main ethos is built on the foundation of respect for the child as an individual, creative being. Emphasis is placed on WHOLE child development and each class stimulates physical, intellectual, emotional, social and spiritual wellbeing.
Our classes are fun, non-competitive and incorporate music, movement, meditation, visualisations, awareness of anatomy and body benefits, individual yoga poses, partner poses and group games.
YogaBeez offers a “Tools for Schools” training that encourages teachers to bring simple yoga poses, mindful exercises, breathing and meditation into the classroom.
We are accredited through Yoga Alliance and run a 4 day Foundation Course or full 95 hour teacher training to adults who would like to start teaching yoga to children. We are NOT a franchise but recently co-founded the Kids Yoga Foundation in Europe and are in the process of setting up an international forum where children’s yoga teachers can communicate and share ideas.
The children are our greatest teachers!
