I offer yoga classes, as well as personal small group & one-to-one sessions, in the heart of Kent, either in the convenience of your own space, in a lovely studio space near Maidstone or at a range of community centers, health clubs & gyms.
In August 2014, I qualified as one of the first SUPyoga Teachers in the South East with SUPfit in Brighton. I currently offer SUPyoga classes at Mote Park in Maidstone – please contact me or check out my website for all the latest news!
