I am a fully qualified BWY Yoga Teacher. Specialising in teaching yoga to children, pregnancy and over 50s.
I’ve been teaching yoga to children in schools and nurseries for the last nine years.
I currently run private classes for smaller groups of yoga students and one to one.
I run yoga pregnancy courses in Bury, Rochdale and Oldham.
My style of yoga is Hatha and tailored to suit all abilities and ages.
