Yogi Claire Hatha Yoga

A selection of 6 yoga classes per week. (Plus online classes for existing class members) At various times and locations in Sale, all details are on the website. Classes are suitable for beginners and intermediate levels, as modifications and variations on postures are demonstrated/instructed. Classes include 1 chair class per week for those who cannot get up and down off the floor.
Claire has grown up with yoga as she is the daughter of a yoga teacher – her Mum has taught yoga yoga in Sale for over 40 years. Claire has also qualified in pre and post natal yoga teaching, children’s yoga and has completed many other yoga related courses (all details of further qualifications on the website
She works to create a ‘community group’ feel within her classes – ensuring there is no element of competition or judgement
Classes need to be booked in adavnce and are all very reasonably priced – see website for details on prices and how to book. Please bring a mat if you have one (as only a few spares are available) No mat required for chair yoga.
Claire also works one day a week in a Neuro Physio clinic assisting patients in their recovery using therapeutic yoga sessions.
