Beginners through to advanced welcome.
I trained in India to include ashtanga, hatha and kundalini variations throughout my classes as well as extensive and powerful meditation and pranayama techniques.
Classes 7 – 8.30 pm. Please book as limited spaces.
I am also available for corporate and one to one / small group bookings for both yoga and meditation to suit your personal needs.
