I’m Helen, I’ve been teaching Iyengar yoga for nearly 20 years to students of all ages and abilites. I enjoy doing yoga myself and I love sharing the magic of Iyengar yoga with my students.
I run friendly and fun mixed ability and beginners classes in Boston Spa, Leeds and Wetherby. I offer private tuition where we tailor the sessions to your needs, which I do at my home or yours.
