Weekly yoga classes and Workshops in Bideford and Barnstaple with a very experienced teacher, Atsuko.
Atsuko studied yoga extensively in London in 1990’s. She mainly trained with Ashtanga yoga teachers but also studied with teachers with other disciplines.
Atsuko has been teaching since 1996, and now she offers 8 weekly classes and 3 monthly workshops in North Devon area. Her classes are broadly based on Ashtanga yoga format but modified to suit people with any age and abilitiy.
£6.00 per session (£5.50 concession) but large discount available if paid half termly.

Yoga and Mindfulness Workshop £8.50
(Wednesday and thursday evening classes need to be enroled through Petroc termly.)

Atsuko is a wonderfully, warm and natural teacher. I have enjoyed attending her classes and workshops immensely. She has many regular attending students of a wide range of ages and ability. I only wish I lived nearer to Bideford!!
