Hi, my name is Jayne and I am a fully qualified BSY Advamced Hatha yoga teacher. I have been practicing yoga for several years and enjoy passing on the wonderful experience of yoga to others. My classes are suitable for all ages and abilities.
Adult yoga classes:
Longham Village Hall Tuesdays 10 am go 11.30 am £28 for 4 weeks
Foulden Village Hall every Wednesday 6.30 pm to 7 pm, £6 drop in.
Beachamwell Memorial Hall Thursdays 6.30 pm to 7.30 pm, £15 for 3 weeks
Green Britain Centre, Swaffham, Fridays 10.30 amto 12pm £6.50 drop-in
Tittleshall Village Hall Fridays 2 pm to 3.30pm, £7 drop in.
