I have been practicing yoga for over ten years and have been teaching for three. My classes are playful,creative and challenging, with a natural flow that allows students to glide through energetic but graceful sequences.
I’m extremely grateful for every single class i get to share and honour any student that allows me to guide them.
Classes are always, smiley, light hearted and accompanied by an energising playlist of music that allows each person to be present, calm and fulfilled. I incorporate pranayama into most classes i teach and focus is always on the breath with guided awareness of prana as it flows through the body.
I currently teach private one to one classes, small group classes and corporate classes around London, Leigh on Sea, Westcliff on Sea and Southend.
