Namaste! I’m Jolanda Davies. I live near Kelso in the Scottish Borders and provide health and wellbeing with Yoga and Ayurveda. I have been a yoga teacher for excess of 20 years and an Ayurvedic practitioner for 9 years. I have a small studio in Kelso where I teach classes, 1:1’s, give Ayurvedic massage body treatments and consultations.
